About
Roselyne is searching for her place; her place in the room, in the eyes of others, in her life. She wishes to be invisible. She does not want to disturb. She doubts. She always hides behind something. She finds a plant. Roselyne could be a reflection of our doubts, the decisions we did not make, the possibilities we did not take advantage of. She is perfectly imperfect, like the rest of us.
“I feel guilty. I don't remember why. Maybe I did something wrong, or not good enough, or maybe I didn't do something I should have..."
Selected for the 2020 Aerowaves top 20 physical theatre productions.
In 2020 Roselyne was presented within the frames of Czech Dance Platform.

Cécile Da Costa: Since 2011, she has been a creator and performer with Spitfire Company. In 2017, her Spitfire Company solo performance “The Narrator” was nominated for the Total Physical Award at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
In 2018, she was awarded “Dancer of the Year” by Czech Dance Platform.
